Payment
We only accept Paypal for now.
Payment must be received within 3 days.
For custom order:
Because we accept payment after the item is finished, we treat all of our conversations as legally binding contracts.
Shipping
We ship through USPS for its lowest rates. We ship within the next 2 business days after your payment clears. If you would like a different form of shipping please contact us to make arrangements.
We carefully package each item in cellophane sleeves and rigid/padded mailer. We want it to arrive at your front step safely :)
Refunds and Exchanges
Refund is only accepted if we send you the wrong item.
There is no refund on custom/personalized order.
